01209 314466At 1st Call Vista we manufacture stable doors to your design with either glass or panels to the top and the bottom stable at almost any height. This example is in light oak profile with a Cornwall panel. The door also has hook bolts locking and anti drill lock barrel. This example also has a mobility threshold to allow wheelchair access. Installed in Redruth area the customer was delighted to be rid of her old stable door. Note the shiplap planking to the panels giving the effect of wood but the thermal efficiency of insulated reinforced PVC.
This feature door in British racing green was commissioned by a customer who instructed us that the PVC door had to be strong so we fitted a high security 3 hook bolt 2 roller and one deadbolt lock with an anti drill lock barrel. The door profile was also reinforced with galvanized steel for strength. He also insisted that the PVC door was to be of high gloss so we applied 12 coats of lacquer colour and baked for 6 hours. The joints are fully welded for strength also. The glass has bevels and the sealed units are high insulation argon filled. This door also has a mobility threshold for easy access. The customer commented that the light in his hallway is greatly improved by the new door and the room feels warmer. He has since ordered French doors and other windows for his home.
This example was commissioned for a holiday cottage where the regulations dictated that the entire development had to have black windows and doors so 1st Call Vista obliged with these PVC frames in matt black to mimic the existing ones. Again, these doors have high security locking mechanisms and anti drill lock barrels. These doors are also restricted to 90 deg. It is hard to tell that they are not the original.
